Shipping Overview

Studio Kismet ships orders worldwide using trusted international shipping partners.

Our products ship from our fulfillment facility in Türkiye using optimized international logistics designed for fast delivery to the United States and other global destinations.

Although orders ship internationally, most customers in the United States receive their orders quickly thanks to streamlined international shipping routes and customs pre-clearance.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 8–15 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Studio Kismet ships using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model whenever available.

This means that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid by us so customers typically do not have to pay additional fees upon delivery.

In rare cases where local customs authorities require additional documentation, the shipping carrier may contact the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier will be considered proof of delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
